You already have one of our ASC2000 cartridges and know how much usage you can get from the media.

How long your anti-scale media lasts for comes down to straightforward maths. It’s the equation between:

• Your local scale intensity
• The amount of the anti scale media we put in the cartridges
• Your flow rate (the slower the flow the longer the anti-scale media works for – Tip: reduce your flow rate!)

These refill bags work well in heavy scale areas.
Very easy to use – refilling on takes a few minutes every few months – they will save you money and also reduce unecessary plastic usage.
The plastic casing cartridge can last for at least 3 years. Simply let us know when you want a new cartridge and we’ll send one out for free (ideally when you reorder these refill packs so we also save the unecessary carbon cost of the extra delivery to you).
Disposing of the used media: Unfortunately the media itself is not recycleable. Once used, simply dispose of in your normal household waste.
